Rishabh Pant’s family overwhelmed with visitors, leaving him with insufficient time to rest and heal. A member of Pant’s medical team feels that chatting and greeting all of the guests is causing him to lose energy, which should be conserve for a speedier recovery.

After being involve in a serious automobile accident. Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant is now being treat in the ICU department of Max Hospital in Dehradun. However, the cricketer isn’t getting much rest since there are so many people wanting to see the 25-year-old.

Rishabh family has voiced concern over the situation. Furthermore, a member of Pant’s medical team feels that greeting all of the guests is causing him to lose energy, which should be conserved for a speedier recovery.

“It is critical that Rishabh receives enough rest, not just physically but also mentally. He is still in pain as a result of his injuries from the accident. He needs to converse with visitors, which depletes his energy, which should be saved for a speedier recovery. Visitors should avoid him for the time being and allow him to relax.” A medical team member told TOI on Sunday.

There is no system in place to screen visitors for Pant: Max Hospital workers

Anil Kapoor, Anupam Kher, fellow cricketer Nitish Rana, Khanpur MLA Umesh Kumar, some BCCI officials, DDCA members, and a few local bureaucrats were among those who saw Pant following his accident.

According to a Max Hospital administrative staff member, there is presently no way to screen visitors. The staff member also noted that because Pant’s situation is so well-known, dealing with the large amount of visitors has been difficult.

“There is no method in place to screen Pant visitors. Hospital visiting hours are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., and each patient can only have one visitor at a time. “Because Rishabh Pant’s case is high-profile, more people are coming in, causing this dilemma,” a staff member explained.
