Aakash Chopra analyses Yashasvi Jaiswal’s dismissal against DC

Aakash Chopra analyses Yashasvi Jaiswal’s dismissal against DC. “When it was time for the run chase, Jaiswal went out to a left-arm pacer once more,” Chopra said.

Former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra recently spoke out about the dismissal of star Rajasthan Royals batter Yashasvi Jaiswal during his team’s recent game against Delhi Capitals. Aiming to chase down a target of 222 runs against DC, RR got off to a shaky start when opener Yashasvi Jaiswal was dismissed for four runs in two deliveries. Jaiswal hit a boundary off the first delivery and lifted the ball into the air on the second delivery, which landed safely in the hands of Axar Patel.

Former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra joined the stage to discuss his dismissal, reflecting on how Jaiswal was removed again on a short ball, this time by a left-arm bowler.

“When it was time for the run chase, Yashasvi Jaiswal went out to a left-arm pacer once more. He has not been out to a short ball for the first time. He has been dismissed several times and was let go once more. Aakash Chopra said in a YouTube video that he was caught in front of the wickets with a similar shot.

“Buttler got a life, but Axar (Patel) dismissed him as well.” Riyan Parag played well for a short period of time, making one or two good shots before exiting. When he got out to Rasikh Salam’s back-of-the-hand slower one, it appeared that things would get stuck. ” he added.

I felt he would score a century: Chopra

Furthermore, Aakash Chopra focused on RR skipper Sanju Samson’s performance during the run chase against DC. Samson appeared to be on track for a big one, scoring 86 runs in 46 deliveries, but his dismissal ruined RR’s ambitions.

“Sanju Samson continued bashing at one end. How well he bats. I believed he would hit a century. He did not make a hundred; instead, he was bowled by Mukesh Kumar after hitting 86 off 46 balls. He batted quite well. He was timing the ball well. Shubham Dubey also batted effectively for a while,” Chopra stated.
