

The BCCI has announced India’s squad for the T20I series against the West Indies. For five Twenty20 Internationals, India will host the West Indies.
The BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) announced their T20I team for the forthcoming West Indies tour recently. It is worth mentioning that both teams will face off in a multi-format series that will begin on July 12.
The series will begin with two Test matches, followed by three ODIs and five T20I matches. When the BCCI released the T20I roster for the series, it was clear that Hardik Pandya would captain the team, with Suryakumar Yada serving as his deputy. Yashasvi Jaiswal and Tilak Varma, among many others, are also part of the squad.
Arshdeep Singh, Mukesh Kumar, Umran Malik, and Avesh Khan will command the pace batteries, while Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Ravi Bishnoi will lead the spin department. Speaking of new faces for Team India, Jaiswal and Varma have earned national recognition for their performances in this year’s Indian Premier League (IPL). The left-hander was superb for the Rajasthan Royals, while Varma wowed the Mumbai Indians with his hitting heroics. Notably, the former also accompanied the national team to the final practice for the World Test Championship (WTC) 2023.

Part of T20I series will be held in the United States of America
The opening game of the T20I series against the West Indies will play at the Brian Lara Academy in Trinidad. The remaining two games being play in Guyana. The game will be play in the region at Providence Stadium.
Following the three T20Is, the final two matches of the shortest format fight will be held in Florida, USA. The final two T20I games of the series will be played at Central Broward Regional Park Stadium.
