


Royal Challengers Bangalore has picked Kedar Jadhav as a replacement for David Willey. On Monday, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) named Kedar Jadhav as David Willey’s successor for the rest of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023.
Willey, an England all-rounder, played four games for RCB this season and took three wickets. Jadhav, who debuted in the IPL in 2010, has appeared in 93 games and scored 1196 runs. The right-handed batter, who played 17 games for RCB earlier, sign for INR 1 crore.
Jadhav has participated in 93 IPL games and amassed 1196 runs since making his IPL debut in 2010. For INR 1 crore, the right-handed batter, who has previously appeared in 17 games for RCB, was signed.
With eight points from as many games, Royal Challengers Bangalore sits sixth in the IPL rankings. On May 1, RCB will face the second-placed Lucknow Super Giants (LSG).
Before the game, RCB wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik stated that if everyone steps up, RCB will be difficult to defeat. Rajat Patidar, RCB’s hitter, was injured. Because of the middle-order struggles, Virat Kohli and skipper Faf Du Plessis have had to perform most of the scoring.
