The Australian team finished its historic tour of Pakistan on a high note. Winning the one-off T20 match by three wickets, with Aaron Finch’s side chasing down the target of 163 runs with 5 balls to spare. The Australians put Pakistan in to bat. It was the familiar pair of Mohammad Rizwan and captain Babar Azam who gave the hosts a flying start. Hitting a flurry of boundaries in the powerplay.
At the top of the order, the pair shared a 67-run stand, and Pakistan appeare to be on track for a score in excess of 180. Cameron Green, however, put a halt to Pakistan’s innings by dismissing Rizwan. As he attempted to play across the line to a straight delivery, Pakistan’s keeper was clean bowled.

Rizwan struck out, and Green was able to uproot the opening batter’s off stump.
Rizwan dismiss after scoring 23 runs off 19 deliveries, and Green then sent back the dangerous Fakhar Zaman on the very next delivery to make matters worse for the hosts.
Pakistan never fully recovered from that double blow, but they did manage to score 162/8 in 20 overs thanks to some late-order hitting by Usman Qadir.
