Yash Dhull: One bowler I’d really like to face is Jofra Archer. Dhull was acquire by the Delhi Capitals in the IPL 2022 mega auction for INR 50 lakhs.
Yash Dhull has already made headlines for a number of accomplishments. Including captaining India to a record fifth U-19 World Cup victory in the Caribbean last month. The 19-year-old is selected for the Delhi squad for the Ranji Trophy. He immediately repaid the faith by scoring twin centuries while opening the innings. He also signed an IPL contract for the first time, with the DC franchise signing him for INR 50 lakhs.
Dhull has had a stellar run, beginning with an impressive century in the U-19 World Cup semi-finals and continuing with centuries in each innings against a tough Tamil Nadu bowling attack. In a recent interview, he also discussed his desire to join the senior Indian squad within the next two years and how he intends to work toward that goal.
Yash DhulI: would love to partner with David Warner
Dhull stated that he expected the Delhi Capitals franchise to bid for him in the mega auction and was excited to be working with the head coach, Ricky Ponting. He added that England quick Jofra Archer is one bowler he has wanted to face for a long time, and he hopes to form a partnership with David Warner as well.
“I already expecting to be selected by the Delhi Capitals because I am a member of their academy.” “I’m really looking forward to meeting Ricky Ponting and performing under his direction,” he told the Print.
One bowler I’d like to face is Jofra Archer. He’s a lightning-fast bowler. And I’d love to work with David Warner during the IPL for DC.”
Archer will not play in the IPL 2022 because he is still recovering from an elbow injury, despite being signed by the Mumbai Indians franchise.
