After India’s huge 372-run triumph against New Zealand in the second and final Test in Mumbai. Virat Kohli set yet another international cricket record.

On Monday, Virat Kohli reached another another milestone in international cricket. India defeated New Zealand by a massive 372-run margin in the second and final Test at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

NZ were bowled out for 167 runs when chasing a mammoth total of 540. With Indian spinners R.Ashwin (4/34) and Jayant Yadav (4/49) each taking four wickets.

IND had declared their second innings at 276/7 earlier, with Mayank Agarwal leading the way with a brilliant 62.

In the second Test, India had planned to bat against the Kiwis. Agarwal had hit a stunning 150, his fourth Test century, to help the hosts to a 325-run first-inning total.

The Indian bowlers bowled over the Blackcaps for 62 runs in reply. With 4 for 8, Ashwin had shaken New Zealand’s top-order. While Mohammed Siraj had taken three wickets.

This was Rahul Dravid’s first Test series victory as India’s head coach.

The team lead by Virat Kohli will now play three Tests in South Africa. Beginning on December 26. After the Test series, each countries will play three One-Day Internationals.
