Musafir Paswan, an MLA from Muzaffarpur’s Bochahan assembly constituency, died on. Wednesday night while receiving treatment at Delhi’s Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.
Mukesh Sahni, the national head of the Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP), confirmed the MLA’s death.
“Musafir Paswan, a member of the VIP party and a member of the Bochahan Assembly, is no longer with us. We all tried our hardest to save Musafir ji, who had been sick for a long time and was being treated in. Delhi’s Ganga Ram Hospital. The news of the passing of Musafir ji is very sad. His death is an irreparable loss to the entire state of Bihar. May God gives peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family members in this hour of grief,” Mr Sahni wrote in a Facebook post.
He went on to say that Paswan’s death is an irreparable loss for Bihar as a whole.
