NAMIBIA vs NETHERLANDS: Namibia did an excellent job qualifying for the ICC World T20 2021 and their playoff performance is proof enough that they are not a team to be taken lightly.

Even if they lost their first game by a clear margin, they showed some brilliant moments. They will try to make the most of the advantageous situations in the next games.

Namibia, who had beaten Sri Lanka first in their inaugural competition, seemed to be in a decent position at times, but aiming too high probably cost them a lot.

Apart from Craig Williams, none of Namibia’s hitters managed to get going in the last game and he will once again be Namibia’s key to luck. He’s in his forties in his last five games and he could pose a threat.

The Netherlands had little match practice when they arrived in the United Arab Emirates and that was evident in the match against Ireland. Although the teams went through regular preparations, including warm-ups.

The Netherlands looked a bit rusty in their first game. Even so, they are still practically in business and this next game is of great importance to them.

Currently, the Netherlands is in third place with zero points and a terrible net execution rate of 1,755. In addition to posting a profit here, they want to make sure they are posting a profit large enough to increase their net run rate, which can be crucial when the going gets tough.

Netherlands To Win the Match, 1.56

The Netherlands has a better-equipped team to deal with pressure and that could be key in a high-pressure game.

Namibia is too reliant on a few players doing most of the damage.

Max O’Dowd looked good in Game 1 and it won’t be easy to write him off for an inexperienced bowling attack.

The ICC World T20 is off to a good start and we are already seeing a close end in terms of progress to the next round. They are fairly even in the group stage, with only Papua New Guinea missing so far.

The Netherlands and Namibia started with a loss in their respective games and are desperate to claim a win to get their seasons back on track.

Both meet in the next Group A match of the tournament, the winner of which will remain alive. For the losing team, however, the exit door is just one step away.

The game between the two teams will take place on October 20, 2021, at the Sheikh Zayed International Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
