

Big business houses: Even as the tender sale deadline (ITT) for two new Indian Premier League (IPL) franchises ended on Sunday (October 10), it was revealed that more than a dozen parties had purchased ITT.
While it is not certain that everyone will be in Dubai within two weeks to bid on the equipment, some large commercial buildings have shown interest.
While this development is not an indication that the commercial building will definitely request equipment, it should be more of an indication of their interest than that it is lacking.
A company spokesperson declined to confirm or deny the development.
One of these parties is the Ahmedabad Adani group. Informed BCCI sources have revealed that Gujarat’s large commercial building, which prefers to buy the Ahmedabad franchise, selected the document.
Some other big parties like Torrent Pharma from Ahmedabad. Aurobindo Pharma from Hyderabad, Sanjiv Goenka from RPSG Group, some agencies and venture capitalists have also bought the ITT. The BCCI has Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Dharamsala, Guwahati, Ranchi. And Cuttack for sale, and the first two cities mentioned are expected to attract serious bidders.
