Prior, KKR bowler Prasidh Krishna declared his entry in Purple Cap’s top 10 spots. He took a couple of wickets against Mumbai Indians.
The youth took the prize wicket of in-form Quinton de Kock and perilous SuryaKumar Yadav. As a result, he presently has 11 wickets from 9 matches at an economy rate of 9 rpo.
Meanwhile, Harshal Patel of RCB continues to lead IPL 2021 Purple Cap. Patel has taken 17 wickets in the competition.
Others within the best 5 list are RR allrounder Chris Morris DC’s Avesh Khan, (14 wickets each), and Rashid Khan of SRH (11 and Punjab Rulers Arshdeep Singh (12). The same figure has been shared by Mohd Shami, Kagiso Rabada, and Rahul Chahar.
